SN100C is a lead-free solder composed of Sn (tin)-Cu (copper)-Ni (nickel)-Ge (germanium). The addition of trace elements Ni and Ge improves the fluidity of solder, inhibits surface oxidation, improves wettability, and reduces the occurrence of open connection; the solder joints are bright and smooth.
It is used for wave soldering and has many practical achievements, which is suitable for soldering product circuit boards used in harsh environments.
Features
Inhibiting cracking
The effect of adding nickel and germanium with good wettability can inhibit the generation of tin and cracks
Reducing copper corrosion
The nickel protective film can inhibit copper corrosion; under severe environment, there is little degradation and stable quality can be maintained.
Good ductility
Good ductility can alleviate the expansion and contraction stress caused by the difference in expansion rate of parts and circuit boards.
Easily operating
Less tin dross for easily operating.
Specifications
Reducing copper corrosion.
