Resonac’s WP-2952F-2GY is a varnish for transformers. It only takes 1.5 hours to bake the EI-57 transformer at 110 degrees to dry completely. The baking time is about 4-6 times faster than the traditional solvent type, and it is easy for storage with simple operation, low price, and fast delivery for effectively reducing working hours and saving electricity costs. Complying with ISO14000 and passing the SONY GREEN PARNTER certification, suitable for various small coils and power transformers, fluorescent lamp ballast coils.
It can be baked at low temperature for saving energy and labor.
It can be baked in the temperature range of 90-140 degrees, and the baking time is only 1-2 hours.
Fast hardening
Non-solvent environmentally friendly material with hardening time only 20%-40% of solvent-based varnish.
Complying with UL(155℃)
Complying with most transformers.
Complying with mainstream EIS
